Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition in staff augmentation and IT project services.

  • Identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and clients.

  • Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and pricing to clients.

  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

  • Maintain a sales pipeline and report metrics to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT services / staff augmentation sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and software technologies.

  • Ability to meet targets and work independently.
