Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition in staff augmentation and IT project services.
Identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and clients.
Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and pricing to clients.
Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Maintain a sales pipeline and report metrics to leadership.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT services / staff augmentation sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the SDLC and software technologies.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
