Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert prospects for IT projects and staff augmentation services.
  • Identify and approach potential clients for software development, IT consulting, and resource augmentation requirements.
  • Conduct online meetings, product demos, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline and customer database, ensuring regular follow-ups.
  • Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for IT projects and staffing solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT sales, B2B sales, IT services sales, or staff augmentation sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable conducting online client meetings and presentations.
  • Basic understanding of software development services, IT projects, or staffing models is preferred.
